Everything was wonderful. However, the restrooms need updating. Some ventilation is needed. The mirrors were always steamed up.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean. Unfortunately we arrived on the first day they were open and nothing was ready. There wasn’t a play area for the kids. The jump pad got set up the second day we were there. The bike cart rentals were fun. Internet didn’t work. Coffee cart wasn’t open.

Our stay was wonderful. There was one issue, though. The firewood delivery was late, which is 100% understandable. However, as tent-only guests, we should have been notified when we checked in. The temperatures were around 30 degrees at night.

It was wonderful. The only negative thing is the bathrooms. There isn’t enough ventilation in them. Condensation from the showers collects on the ceilings and walls. It even makes the toilet paper wet. It’s a breeding ground for bacteria. It rains on you while in them. Easy fix. You can even control the ventilation with a humidity sensor.

Long wait at front desk, for then to find our reservation. . Then we followed our guide to our spot and he drove right through it and pointed, and kept going. The spot was not big enough for our RV, to narrow for our slides to fully open... Roads and spots to narrow for big rigs. Requesting refund., Will not be back

We love this KOA! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I only suggest that they open up the coffee cabin and pancake breakfasts the start of the Memorial weekend instead of waiting until Memorial Day. We would have definitely taken advantage of both all weekend had it been open.

The bed was awful. The floor would have been the same softness. The heater was insufficient making it a very cold night sleeping in coats. The pool was also too cold to be enjoyable. Staff was great and friendly. Clean cabin, bathrooms not great.

Sites were on the smaller side but a great location near YNP & Island Park. Campground was nice and clean. Staff was excellent! So friendly and helpful. There were a couple issues with their credit card readers but had the ability to charge to my site. Only complaint is the speed other campers were driving around at. I have a 3 year old so I was a bit nervous with the 5mph not being enforced

Beautiful campground but will be better when you get the wifi up and running. Was sad to see so many machines in the laundry out of order but I understand the difficulties in getting things fixed these days. Staff was great and of course with the country how could this be anything but great. Thanks

Nice well kept park. The only suggestion is a handicapped bathroom without a code required for the intellectual handicap. The staff was friendly! I like the idea of adult only hot tubs.

Cute campground! We loved the dog park, pool, and the space between camp sites. This is an excellent choice for your Yellowstone adventure!

Beautiful park and would highly recommend. My disappointment and most likely my own fault for going a little early in season was that none of the amenities was open. Biggest disappointment was that they was working on internet and it was not available during my stay.

We were there on opening day, so it was a little Ott with everyone being new. The restrooms were clean And the kids were able to jump on the jump pad. My only complaint would’ve been the lack of Internet access.

Customer service and convenience was outstanding. WiFi was not installed and we had zilch cellular coverage so I was unable to work in the evening which caused me some issues.

Bathroom not cleaned in 3 days of stay. One toilet in women’s restroom broken, at least one toilet also not working in men’s room. Pool not open. WiFi useless. No faucet on the dish washing sink.

We had a great stay! Our campsite was so peaceful and the staff was wonderful. Had a nice little dog playground and we had a fire ring at our site as well. Will def be back if we are in the area again!

The staff was rude and condescending. Over heard a staff member talking trash behind my back while I was extending my stay. They tried to charge more per night than the previous two, after I was offered a 25% text promo to stay. Took them 20 mins and me explaining math to get the price right. Mistakes are fine. Being rude/condecending isn’t. Been to over 225 koa’s, never again west Yellowstone

Grounds were clean and well maintained. Restroom were clean and always well stocked. Staff is friendly and patient when asking 20 questions. Close to West Gate entrance to Yellowstone and a perfect base camp for daily explorations into Yellowstone. We had a back in site but tent sites and cabins were equally nice and offered electricity, We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The best KOA of my cross country trip from Maine and back. Stayed in a few so far. Nicest people, best facility and cleanest!!! Highly recommend this campground. Great location to park entrance. 5ish miles. And Tetons are near by.

Nice clean park. Pool was murky. Roads of so dry and dusty but that is to be expected out west at 105 degree weather. Staff was helpful. Store was not well stocked at all. Mostly empty shelves and this was mid July. Not even Tylenol for kids. Overall a nice place to stop and take tours and see the area. not happy with people taking their dogs to K9 area and leaving them when they went to shower

Spent 5 days at the KOA. Enjoyed Yellowstone all 5 day. Enjoyed the available Breakfast and Dinner at the Kampground. Campsite was a little tight but level. Would stay again if we are in the area.

We stayed in the West Yellowstone, KOA in a rustic cabin. In prior KOA campgrounds with the identical configuration, a refrigerator and microwave were included. This campground had nothing. The bathrooms were old and only cleaned once a day. No paper towels, only old dryers. Electronic door locks on cabin that locked every time we stepped out. Really unhappy with this place.

Site was fine but given the park was nearly full, I thought they shut down their satellite bathrooms a little early. Also, it seems that in this day and age, good internet is a must but this KOA had very weak wireless connection.

I understand it was the end of the season and closing details needed to be taken care of. However closing the store the day before we were unable to purchase some things we needed for our stay. Your staff and maintenance crew are incredibly organized and efficient.

All amenities should be offered regardless of when the campground is closing.(indoor pool) Also it appeared the campground wanted to keep the last of the season campers in a single row- which were very close together when there was plenty of room to allow a bit of privacy. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best- unless you sat on bench outside of office. The showers were spot on though- the best amenity.

The office people were wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. My consistent comment about my stays at KOA campgrounds is that I wish more emphasis were placed on having LEVEL, GRADED, maintained sites than all the ice cream and bike rentals and other frou frou perks offered. This should be priority ONE. After a tiring day, moving the rig back and forth and spending a lot of time leveling is no fun.

Nice park but we stayed the last 3 nights you were open and everything was already being boarded up and removed. I felt like we were getting the bums rush to get out. If most of the amenities (such as playground equipment and even the dumpsters) are closed then the price should be discounted.

Great spot to stay. They have tent spaces, rv spots, and cabins to rent. There are showers and dog K9 run for your pups. Very clean.

We stayed in a full efficient cabin and it had such a small hot water tank you only had enough hot water to wash dishes. Had to go to bath house to take shower because of NO hot water. Tanks were too small for size of cabin and what it cost per night. I don't remand.😢
